Thunder Ridge Court
Jim has managed this 100,000 SF center for over 4 years. Within that time frame a number of improvements and additions to the area have been made.
The largest improvement to this west side of Cedar Falls has been the city's approval and reconstruction of 1st street to 4 lanes. With the completed road work, Thunder Ridge has made the addition of a new entrance to the north entrance for customer convenience off of the new highway. CVS Pharmacy has also completed significant remodeling. New lighted signage has added to the overall appeal and attraction for both customers and tenants. The center is coming back to life.
