Sarah Bey
Commercial Specialist
Born in Iowa, Sarah spent most of her childhood years in Texas before returning to the Midwest. Several family moves as a child sparked her interest in Real Estate. That interest began to grow in college, when she began perusing her future husband’s real estate textbooks for fun.
In May of 2005, Sarah graduated summa cum laude and earned her B.A. with honors from the University of Northern Iowa, where she majored in Administration with a minor in Real Estate. She also received a certificate in International Business from UNI. She obtained her real estate license soon after graduation and is currently working on her CCIM, a designation held among an elite group of professionals recognized as experts in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. With this strong educational base, Sarah specializes in retail/office sales, leasing, and management.
Sarah has worked alongside her husband Josh, an Associate Residential Realtor, for over four years. They were married in March of 2007 and share a number of interests, including ballroom dancing and traveling. In her free time, Sarah likes to stay active (preferably near the water) and enjoys wakeboarding, skiing, sand volleyball, tennis and rollerblading.
