Shelly is a lifelong resident of Eastern Iowa. She attended the University of Northern Iowa, graduating with a BA in Communications & Public Relations in 1992. After spending her entire career in sales, Shelly obtained her Real Estate License in 2008. She specializes in the sales, leasing and management of commercial properties throughout the Cedar Valley and in the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City Corridor. Shelly now makes her home in Cedar Rapids with her husband, Eric, and their three children.
